I didn’t come to natural health because wellness was trendy. I came to it because I needed answers.
Meet Taylor Lang, MS, NBC-HWC, IFNCP, a cancer and stem cell transplant survivor who knows what it’s like to have your health—and your life—completely disrupted. My own journey included medically induced early menopause and years of debilitating side effects that affected my hormones, digestion, sleep, energy, skin, and overall well-being.
When simply living with those symptoms no longer felt like enough, I began looking deeper. That search led me to functional nutrition, health coaching, and a whole-person approach to wellness that helped me make profound changes in my own health—and ultimately changed the direction of my career.
I created these programs because I wanted this transformational knowledge to be accessible to people anywhere in the world. You shouldn’t have to become a health professional—or have access to expensive one-on-one care—to learn how nutrition, hormones, gut health, stress, sleep, movement, metabolism, and lifestyle can work together to influence how you feel. I wanted to take what I’ve learned through both professional training and personal experience and make it understandable, practical, and accessible on your own time.
